Today, I attempted to join a Hangout and while I saw video and heard audio, and my audio was heard, my camera did not turn on from the Hangout. That's not my issue. Not being able to receive incoming calls using Wi-Fi is my issue. Hangouts receives calls just fine using my PC with Chrome and the Hangouts extension. But I can't receive calls on my mobile phone with Hangoutsit just doesn't ring; instead, the Phone app rings.
