The latest available firmware for v1 is from 2016, before any TP-Link cloud services were added. So cloud services are not available on this unit. It's now 2020, and to be sold a unit that is possibly more than 4 years old is unacceptable. If you've upgraded your TP-Link MR-3420 V5 to OpenWRT firmware, you might find that you can no longer flash back the original system firmware.
